We had a very good experience with our furnace repair service. The furnace blower stopped working, and when we called, they were able to send Erik out within about 30 minutes. Erik was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about furnace and HVAC systems. He quickly diagnosed the blower issue, completed the repair, and clearly explained what was wrong and what he fixed. This team was amazing to work with. They helped me with financing choices and made sure I felt good about the agreement. The installation service was fast, organized, and professional. I had a new AC unit and furnace installed, and they removed the old equipment, cleaned everything up, and made sure the full HVAC system was running properly before they left. After the installation, during a stretch of very hot weather, the system started acting up and the refrigerant line had an issue. I called and spoke with Collin late in the day, and he came out quickly to check the system and try to get the cooling back to normal. They checked the airflow, cleaned the ducts well, and helped with the selection and installation of our new heating and HVAC unit. Having the heater service and installation done on the same day was very convenient and greatly appreciated. They have also done a great job keeping our heating system maintained with regular tune-ups and service visits.
