Rome is so wonderful! He was absolutely professional, courteous, and explained everything well and clearly. He even recommended ways to improve the efficiency of the AC and heating. He worked outside in the pouring rain and still had a happy smile! Great guy! Highly recommend him!!!
Rome and his team are absolutely fantastic. He had fixed my AC in my unit before and he had to come in and re-do it after work was done in our roof and the AC was not connected back properly. I want thank him and his team not only for already coming 2 times to fix the same problem, but also for replying quickly, being here timely and taking their time to inspect and make sure that our AC was working properly and explain exactly what was happening. Rome and his team at SoCal air systems have made all the difference in my various air conditioning problems. I have had a faulty/old system that kept going out since summer and I became accustomed to Rome and his crew over a few visits since summer 2023. This latest visit was a replacement of the unit and each time they came, I was SURE I would be taken care of. Not only are they all punctual, but they are kind, clean up any messes they create and very informative which I found incredible. Rome explains why things happen or signs to look for and what to do with such ease that a tenant like myself not in the air systems field can easily follow, which was really wonderful....read full review
