This is a really cute salon and I have always been happy with the services I've received. Stephenie is the go-to stylist for vivids! I trust her so much with my hair that I asked her today to just surprise me with her choice of color and placement, and she did not disappoint! Not only did I leave with a fresh and fabulous style, I enjoyed the time I spent there during the whole process. Highly recommend!

Went to see Michelle and she was AMAZING!! The vibes in the salon itself are clean, cozy, and it’s just a place you love to be in. Michelle is super quick and knows exactly what she’s going. Every time I’ve left the salon, I’ve said “I am so back” lol definitely recommend!

Went here 2 years ago. Staff was polite but didn’t deliver expected results. My appointment was to 1. Correct some sections of my hair done at a different salon, 2. Dye more of my hair and 3. Touch up my roots.
My hair reacted in an unexpected way to bleach. I was questioned about omitting anything my hair history, which I did not lie about. No test strand was done which might have helped, yet when I asked about it at the beginning of my appointment I was told that it’s not standard for most customers.
The color came out uneven, looking more purply on one side and more peachy on the other. When I asked about this in person I was told that it would be impossible for my hair to look even because it’s stubborn to absorb color. Two years since this experience, I’ve done my own hair several times and discovered that an even hair color is not impossible, especially when the dye is fresh and not faded. So in retrospect, it feels like they just lied.
My roots were touched up but still looked significantly dark. I wasn’t told anything about it during the appointment and had to discover it when I went home and saw the thick orange line.
When I asked about this, my stylist said she couldn’t do anything about it and encouraged me to be positive stating that if she had bleached my roots more, it could’ve caused breakage since my hair was previously done by another stylist, and that the color would cover it up anyway. Which still doesn’t make sense to me since the roots were the new part of my hair that was NOT previously bleached, and they were still clearly orange even with the pink dye.
I never received any apology and was treated as if my results were unavoidable and not their problem. I was not offered any refunds or corrections. I at least would’ve appreciated an explanation on steps to fix it or maybe a discounted offer for another appointment (though I wouldn’t have taken it, but the gesture would’ve shown some accountability).
Overall I expected better for paying over $200 in cash. I wish I had more transparency about what to expect from my appointment.

Everyone in the salon was so much fun and kind; I had the best time. It’s super cute in there too. I’ll be back for sure!

Saw Stephenie for the first time for a haircut and I couldn't have been more pleased. She really listened to what I was wanting and gave me a flattering new style. The last time I tried going to a salon it was hectic as I was juggled between 2 other clients with the stylist on the phone half the time and I left with a cut that only looked good styled, lacking the layering and texture I asked for. The Vibe Hair Lounge was so cozy and relaxing, and Stephenie took the time to understand that I wanted something cute and choppy that doesn't require styling. If you're unsure about giving a new salon a try, feel confident this is the one to go to!

Martina was so kind and really took her time on my cut. It’s hard to find people who know how to handle textured/curly/wavy hair, but she definitely does! Not to mention this is such a cute salon! Little more than I’d usually like to pay for just a cut, but in the end I truly believe the quality was worth it!

I went in for extensions and a trimming and could not have been more impressed with the results. I walked in as myself and left a completely different person, the staff were incredibly professional and kind, shout out to Michelle! I cannot recommend these guys enough and I will definitely be returning!
