Very easy claim reporting through Verizon. Was able to schedule an appointment the next morning. The techician was on time and took maybe 20min to do a full screen replacement on my Samsung S21 Ultra. Everything is back up & running great, no issues with the new screen.
Had to get my HDMI port re-done on my PS5. Called a few places that would charge me almost 200$- 300$ and said it would take a week to fix. Came here and they not only helped me with lowering the payment to 160$, they also had it ready by the end of the same day. I'm very happy with the service. PS5 running fine now. Thank you guys!
Great place to bring your stuff to get fixed I have been a few times the only reason I couldn't give them 5 stars is cause unfortunately the owner favors I phones and doesn't order parts for other phones I have been trying to get the back replacement for a pixel 7 pro for a year and they never order it but the employees who work here are great and friendly
