I'm going with a 4 rating this time. Not because of their customer service or anything like that. They are professional and very easy to work with and I will still go to them for any of my repairs. It is because the tv monitor inside the shop says free diagnostic and the website says the same. I took my computer in for wi-fi issues, and they said they couldn't find anything significant. They did no repair anything and still charged me $30.

I was so pleased with uBreakiFix. My iPhone glitched out. I had a green-screen and could do nothing with it. As a single mom who works from home, it is imperative that I have my cellphone! Asurion sent Mac out the very next day and my phone was fixed in minutes! I was so happy with the level of professionalism, expertise, and hassle-free service. I will be keeping Asurion insurance on all of my devices in the future, and I will be using uBreakiFix for any future repairs I may have. THANK YOU for getting me back in service so quickly!!!

Tech came to my house and it took about 10 mns. My phone fell off my roof on the freeway and someone ran it over but the back was fine. He figured out how to fix everything it was awesome. Also he kept in touch about appt timing; our window was 1-3pm and he let us know where he was &what time he’d arrive. Totally great would def recommend.
