I am very appreciative of the professional service I received when I called as my furnace stopped working. They came out the next day. Everything was explained to me as he conducted the work. I was given a very reasonable price and feel very pleased with the outcome. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend this company to others. I would never use anyone else but Russel Saiz. A year ago I called a reputable HVAC PLUMBING Company to fix my heater. The bid was $1680.00 here in Arroyo Grande. They stated I needed a new mother board and another part costing $900.00. I called Saiz for a second quote. Russell's was $740 for the whole job. And Russel declared I did not need a new mother board and he later deducted a little more after ordering parts and fixing my heater the very next day. Neither party new I was a Gen Contractor.
