Called at 4:30 with an eye emergency for my husband. From the moment the receptionist answered the phone I knew I made the right call. She understood the urgency and didn’t make me feel rushed or a burden at all (the office closes at 5). She immediately asked management if they could accommodate and found an optometrist that was still there and was “more than happy” to squeeze my husband in most likely resulting in getting home later than they had all expected. These days you don’t get this kind of care with genuine concern and hospitality like this office showed us. I have been going to Dr. Shepard for over 20 years and have found all of his staff very professional at all times. I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes and again received professional and very caring attention to my care. I received follow up calls from the staff to see if I had any concerns. If you are having any vision problems I would recommend his office. Irene Foster
