Called at 4:30 with an eye emergency for my husband. From the moment the receptionist answered the phone I knew I made the right call. She understood the urgency and didn’t make me feel rushed or a burden at all (the office closes at 5). She immediately asked management if they could accommodate and found an optometrist that was still there and was “more than happy” to squeeze my husband in most likely resulting in getting home later than they had all expected. These days you don’t get this kind of care with genuine concern and hospitality like this office showed us. Amazing experience with the super friendly staff .. Especially Brittany with her orange pumpkin hair. Love it when she slurps me up in back. Definite coming back for round 2. Sucks you guys aint open on sat and sundays.

Care is probably ok if you have no eye difficulties and have plenty of time to wait, and wait. My astigmatism required me to come in three different times waiting in a huge holding area for a total of 2 1/2 hours. Felt like a warehouse. Care was very impersonal by a staff who have had too much coffee. After the doctor was "out" when I came to my third appointment, I went elsewhere. Recommend going to Nipomo Optometry instead.
