I have known for several years that I had significant hearing but I was in denial about needing a hearing aid. Dr. Michael Malotte had conducted hearing tests which showed a 45% loss of hearing in my left ear. In October, 2019 Dr Zachary Vandergriend donated hearing aid to The Branch Elementary School auction. Apparently I was the only person in attendance who needed a hearing aid. I won the auction. I'm so lucky to have found Dr. Perry! I've worn hearing aids for over 10 years and I've had such bad experiences that I was totally weary of ever finding a good audiologist in the area. Dr. Perry is an audiologist not a hearing aid dispenser. She's very knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and great at helping you pick the right hearing aid for your needs. AND, she doesn't overcharge like so many others in the area. I'm now able to easily talk on the phone and my overall hearing has greatly improved. I highly recommend her.

So all I can say is the staff that answers the phone is extremely rude. I was asking questions for my mom and they were not very forthcoming in their answers. I was trying to find out a ball park for costs on testing and then price range for hearing aids. I told her just give me a low-high estimate I realize there are a lot of variables. So the staff I spoke with her response was to hang up on me. Seriously I wouldn't trust that type of shady business practice for a battery replacement. I am going elsewhere and highly suggest you too.
