Reading all the reviews here - I am surprised because I have had the complete opposite experience at both Santa Maria and Lompoc. The staff is SUPER NICE - like otherworldly nice and friendly and funny. I have found the front desk staff helpful, professional, responsive and efficient. In being new to area I was super sketched to go to a new dentist they have been amazing. I got my wisdom teeth out with them and that went SUPER easy and they were so accommodating. From getting an initial exam appoint to scheduling a followup, it was easy! The staff are gentle, kind, and friendly; they speak at a normal speed and articulate well, so us old folks can understand what they are saying. The equipment is high tech! Dr. Micah is really cool! It was a very nice experience. The only thing I can say that would be an improvement is a touch pad for signing documents. It was a brain challenge trying to do that with a mouse, like trying to use an Etch-o-Sketch, but I made it through, lol.
I’ve come here twice now, and although scheduling an appointment is more complicated than it should be, the appointments themselves have been wonderful. I’ve seen Dr. Tubbs both times and his bedside manner is so friendly and comforting. The filling I had done was painless. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable with no questions. His assistant has always been friendly and helpful too. I’ve been extremely relieved to find this office and would recommend them to anyone ?
