Reading all the reviews here - I am surprised because I have had the complete opposite experience at both Santa Maria and Lompoc. The staff is SUPER NICE - like otherworldly nice and friendly and funny. I have found the front desk staff helpful, professional, responsive and efficient. In being new to area I was super sketched to go to a new dentist they have been amazing. I got my wisdom teeth out with them and that went SUPER easy and they were so accommodating. I have also done invisalign now with them and that also Went really smoothly. I've need had issues with insurance, billing or appointment scheduling and I have been going here for about 3 years now. Highly recommend them.

From getting an initial exam appoint to scheduling a followup, it was easy! The staff are gentle, kind, and friendly; they speak at a normal speed and articulate well, so us old folks can understand what they are saying. The equipment is high tech! Dr. Micah is really cool! It was a very nice experience. The only thing I can say that would be an improvement is a touch pad for signing documents. It was a brain challenge trying to do that with a mouse, like trying to use an Etch-o-Sketch, but I made it through, lol.

I've never been to a dentist, that didn't have an answer to a situation,, that didn't know what to do. And told me he would call me., when he figures it out, mind boggling,???
