My elderly parents recently contracted with this company for fumigation services, and the experience has been a nightmare. Upon returning home, they discovered 50 or more broken, missing, and displaced roof tiles. Now a roof leak has appeared that wasn’t there before. My parents informed this company and they have done nothing. More damage now exists than if my parents would have just let the termites have at it! This company is terrible. A simple amount of care in doing their job is what was expected and what I saw was a complete disregard for the damage they were doing.

The fumigation was fine but they never told me to schedule Directv to come out as they turned my satellite dish totally around leaving me with no TV, had to pay Directv $50 to come out to fix the dish. They messed up my spark arrester on the chimney which took out my satellite dish after it fell to the ground, another $50 to Directv and had to have spark arrester completely replaced another $270, lots of shingles in the yard and am now finding bugs in the house, wouldn't recommend.

As long as you read the paperwork and follow the instructions, then it's all A1 service. I was ready, and the hard and friendly workers made sure to carefully carry out the process.

Mission City Fumigation finished service today, (Saturday morning) and The Gas Company does not restore service on the weekends. The earliest we will have heat, hot water, and a stove will be Monday morning. They should inform they customers of this before service, or refuse weekend service. Make sure they finish the job on a Friday so that you can have your gas restored for the weekend!

The staff who came out to fumigate were very friendly however, they did poorly in communicating the extent of the damage they were going to do to our yard. The dug into our garden well beyond the 12in. indicated in the literature; destroying areas that had been freshly planted; moved small boulders from our landscaping that were nowhere near the house and then didn't return them to their place. This could have been mitigated had they done the least bit of communication; they cut a phone line (I suspect inadvertently) but they did not communicate this afterwards at least out of courtesy. When I tried to address these issues with the office staff there was no follow up or amelioration, just silence.Service: Termite extermination
