We have seen a significant improvement in the response and attention that a customer receives when bringing in their vehicle for an appointment. My service options were thoroughly explained and the service advisor was upfront and honest about the length of time it would take to complete our vehicle. We were immediately offered the shuttle and we were on our way. When we returned to pick up our vehicle, the staff was super friendly and attentive, our service advisor made immediate eye contact, escorted us to the after hours payment counter, went over the work done, and waited while we processed payment. The cashier was kind and understanding and exceeded expectations by addressing issues with the service coupon that we had redeemed. We were then escorted to our vehicle and sent of with a friendly hand shake. We are happy to have the attentive and friendly staff at Home Motors service our vehicle and we look forward to returning.
