I wanted to give a shout out to the mechanic that comes and works on our forklifts from Cromer.Tom Alvarez is by far the best mechanic that has worked on our forklifts in the 23+ years we have been working with the Santa Maria branch. He always responds quickly when we are in dire need of a repair, and has even worked the occasional miracle to get us up and running.
