Kathleen was prompt in communication. I asked to get on their bid list. They gave me something to bid and I spent time bidding the project and sent it off to Jason the lead estimator. I attempted contact to see where the bid landed or if he had questions but Jason never returned my emails or calls. UPDATE: He did return my call.

We are very happy with our whole house remodel - James and Joe Halsell were fabulous to work with. Our kitchen is a dream kitchen, It is absolutely the BEST, and every time we have someone over, they agree!! If you can imagine, it works even better than planned.... We love the design the James created for us. It is perfect!

We also had a great experience doing our remodel utilizing their energy efficient upgrades - we would recommend that to anyone considering a remodel, and they guided the process flawlessly.
