We had a water leak over the weekend and they were very prompt and attentive. Elizabeth handled the appointment and kept me updated. Paul was the technician that serviced our home, he was very attentive and professional. He explained everything very well and gave us multiple options to proceed with. I am very pleased with their service and professionalism.

Called Griffin and they sent someone ASAP. Paul showed up right away, super courteous and helpful. Couldn't have asked for better service or technician. Excellent service! Jose who came to our house today was everything you’d want in a professional tradesperson. He was very respectful throughout the visit and communicated clearly about both the pricing and exactly what work needed to be done - no surprises or hidden costs. He worked efficiently and completely resolved our plumbing issue. The office team also did a great job scheduling the appointment and keeping us informed about arrival times. They even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would highly recommend this company!
