I have been training with Samuel for about 2.5 years. I have always enjoyed working out however when I began my journey with Samuel I learned quickly that I had so much to learn. As a women the number one factor I appreciate the most is feeling comfortable and respected, which I experienced with Samuel since our first session. He is passionate about his work and dedication to his clients is excellent. At every session he challenges you allowing you to reach you full potential. Samuel is currently supporting me for a marathon and although I may not be in session he is always communicating for tips and progress. Samuel is the best investment Ive done in myself.

I’ve been training with Sam for 3 years. He is very knowledgeable in all things fitness, especially with injuries. I’m limited to what I can do due to sciatica but Sam has modified exercises for me that still help me progress and make me stronger. He ensures that I’m using correct form and challenges me to love the burn. I trust him and appreciate the motivation he gives me.
