Let me start off by saying thank you for being so nice to me Bonnie! I have been having a bad couple months. Low on funds. I lost my prescription glasses and took an old pair of raybans to another eye place where I had gotten my prescription (to see if they would put clear lenses in) and they wouldn't do it. They told me my glasses were too old to work with, and if they broke in the process I'd be stuck paying for the lenses anyway. Basically trying to get me to buy a new pair for $300. The doctor performed my eye exam way too fast. It was hard to keep up with him. He also dilated my eyes and said I need to wait 20 minutes. He never called me back in. He forgot me. He's also got the personality of a wall. I've been going to him for years and he's never acted this way before. But, the staff is great.

Chrissy in particular at Walmart Vision Center in Arroyo Grande is one heck of a young lady. She went way out of her way taking care of me and my 94 yr father. Her communication skills are excellent and follow-through superb!! Thank You Chrissy ........Hank Kosmala
