This office is so unprofessional canceled my husband's appt after waiting 9 weeks wanted him to wait 3 more has a horrible attitude of we don't need the patient the patient needs us. Office staff is beyond rude I would give zero stars if I could!

I called the front desk at 3:59 pm this afternoon to inquire about a referral for a sleep study and was put on hold for 45 minutes before being hung up on without warning just now. I understand offices and staff get busy, but that was extremely disappointing.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. Let’s start with their incompetent staff - receptionist incorrectly scheduled me on THREE occasions. I took time off work and commuted 40min. They refused to see me due to their mistake on each occasion. Those 3 mis-schedules alone resulted in a personal loss of ~$600. When I finally got my appointment, I had an audiogram to fit hearing aids. Dr. W apparently charged me $100+ to q-tip my ear (WITH NO ESTIMATE, NO SIGNATURE, AND NOT AT MY REQUEST). Got billed months later. Paid bill. I waited months for my follow up to get fitted for my devices. Came to my appointment, was roomed, and MA told me I was scheduled wrong and they didn’t have time to fit my devices today. Again sent home. Rescheduled. Waited months for the appointment. Was called the day before to be told they don’t have an audiologist anymore so I need to go else where. I requested a refund for this horrible mess as I now have to take my business elsewhere, never got my devices, never had a successful appointment, and my audiogram lead no where and was a waste of time. Their horrible office manager refused to rectify any of their mistakes and refused to refund me so I could get started at an honorable office. She then decided to stop responding to my email all together. Great customer service! Great support in the medical field! The staff clearly hates their job, doesn’t want to work, won’t call back or respond to questions or inquisitions after saying they will reach out to a Dr and call back. Lovely patient care. 🤣 Disgusting service. Disgusting people.

I have been going to this particular ENT office for over a couple of years at I had a great experience today that kept me calm relaxed laughing and not in pain and I would like to thank the position that worked on my ears today God bless you for being so caring.

You talk to an assistant, not a doctor, and they charge you $20 if you want a copy of after visit report/summary.
