Very friendly staff and results are great. I had very dark underarms, I have gone to 4 laser hair removal sessions I believe and they have gotten a lot lighter. I got thinner and less hair in the underarms which allows me not to shave as much.
Vanessa is awesome! Every time I tell her what I’m looking for, she understands exactly what I mean and also offers helpful suggestions based on her expertise. I really appreciate her honesty and attention to detail.
The vibe here is great—very clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Lisa at the front desk is always friendly and professional, and it makes such a difference that when I call, I’m greeted by her instead of an AI machine like at other places.
Overall, a wonderful experience every time. Highly recommend!
First time back after a couple years due to having a baby and nursing. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful, she answered all of my questions regarding other services. Thank you! Nurse Ness was her beautiful and friendly self, picked up our convo right where we left off. 10/10 recommended.
