Kathy is amazing, the only thing I find a bit odd is that the receptionist is a tiny bit rude, my family and I have been a customers for years. When I call, receptionist is always in a rush, no answers or vague answers, not much help there. My husband went in to buy gift cards and he found rude treatment at reception. I think the welcoming service, phone and in person has room for improvement. But overall is very good.

Janelle is the sweetest person and makes you feel so comfortable, even when you’re at your most exposed, when meeting someone new. You can just tell from her vibe and what she does her and elsewhere that she is one of the genuine kind hearted people that makes your day better by seeing her. She made sure I was comfortable the entire laser hair removal process and was fun to talk to. The front desk staff was great as well! I will always recommend this place, especially Janelle :)

First time visit. Dr.Thomas and staff, highly recommend. Great bed side manner: patient, informative, great with seniors. Clean, neat office. Low wait time. Easy ck in,ck out. Easy appointment. Very caring professional =Dr.Thomas. would recommend, customer service as it should be. 10 stars ?
