Such a great experience! They were helpful from beginning to end. My piece looks amazing and they truly made everything work perfectly. I would say just know that the connector pieces work as a row. The directions need to be clearer for custom builds, but when reaching out, they were always helpful to answer any questions quickly.
Very pleased with the quality of this wine rack! I love that you can customize the size to fit your space. Mine is placed above the fridge in our bar. Would definitely buy again! Easy to assemble.
4.5 stars for product quality (I find the neck guards flimsy and ultimately removed most of them), but the rack itself is solid.
3.0 for ease of construction….it takes a little time, so plan for that.
2.0 for fulfillment. Initial order was missing some pieces. Pieces were sent out immediately upon notification, but were not sent expedited so I had to wait a bit which was mildly frustrating.
5.0 for communication and responsiveness to questions before ordering and response to issue post-delivery.
