Loved the night experience we booked an outdoor sauna and tub. The staff were friendly and attentive. My only complaint/suggestion for improvement would be the lighting. The outdoor tub had one light that felt very annoying kind of like standing outside with a spot light I feel the experience would be better with some accent lighting or hanging outdoor little lights. Would still recommend and definitely would visit again.
I absolutely love this bath house. I go once a week, it's always clean, the service is absolutely amazing. Brianne and Angel always make me feel welcomed and taken care of. I truly appreciate their great customer service and will continue to come back forever. Definately book!
We didn't get a service here but the spa was great. Such a cute concept of your own private little hot tub room. And I loved that it was outdoors. It made me feel like I was in Japan again. The staff were very accommodating and kind. I would definitely recommend. I would like to come back for a start to a nice relaxing weekend. Hopefully this time we will try the massage. We booked late, so we weren't able to get in as they were full that day.
