Essentia was a wonderful day spa. Had the pleasure of Lisa as my therapist and it was a lovely massage. She worked away all the knots and stress. Perfect way to treat myself for my birthday! Will definitely be back again.

Lisa gets 5 stars hands down… I came here yesterday to get a massage for my bday, what a treat!! From the moment I walked in I felt a sense of peace and happiness, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I got the 5 sense massage and WOW I slept like a baby last night!! I will come back to Santa Cruz just for a massage from Lisa and of course the beach 😊
