Each time I am told my rx prescription will be sent to pharmacy, it isn't! It takes several follow up calls and a week and I still don't have an MD to send it in. They do not appear to have any MDs in Santa Cruz.

My appointment went fine. One challenge is scheduing, my appointment was months away when I scheduled for an annual skin check up. Unfortunately the main problem came up when I tried to ask a clarifying follow up question for a treatment. I called and left messages twice, two different days, with no reply or call back. I called a third time the next week and someone picked up. She let me know that my dermatologist took two months off and nobody would be able to answer my question. (Is that why nobody ever called me back?). It is frustrating to be treated like this by businesses.
