This location is the best. I didn’t have the same experience at the Soquel location. The guy was on his phone while I was just sitting in there for what felt like an hour urgent care took an entire day whereas I was in and out in 15 minutes at the Mission Street location. The nurse and the MA were sweet and got the job done! I’d def go back!
The service was quick and exceptional by both staff and doctors. Both my wife and I were seen immediately, ordered chest x-rays to check lungs because of extended coughing and wheezing and provided with prescriptions of antibiotics and inhalers.
I was seen quickly. Besides the doctor three more nurses or MA’s Assisted me. Everyone was kind and helpful. I thought it was a little weird that I came in with a sinus issue that I had self diagnosed as an infection.
They did their due diligence of BP, O2 sat, temp, asking how long I’ve had it, if I had had a fever but did not ask the color of nasal discharge. The physician looked at my nose and in my ears. The weird part was no one touched me. Back in the day, they would lightly press on your forehead and cheeks and slide their hands under your chin to your neck where your glands are.
