What a rip off PAMF is. I tested positive for Covid with an at home test kit. Due to an upcoming trip which I needed a lab test. PAMF wanted me to have a video conference call in order to get tested. Of course they want me to pay for video appointment which cost $. I went to a free testing sight which offers a call from a doctor and medication if needed. Shame on you PAMF.

PAMF has gone so down hill it's disgusting. It started going down hill 7 years ago. The good doctors all moved because they knew there worth. Good luck getting a appt with a specialist. 3 month wait every time. They're not accommodating for disabled people either. Every receptionist and call back people are so disrespectful. It's always people who barely speak English, and these Latinas with huge egos. I had one fall half asleep 30 minutes ago. I refuse to let them be rude or disrespectful to me so I started talking down on them right back. PAMF needs new workers and need to stop hiring these children. This review is for pediatric urgent care. I took my child there today and the women at the desk told the wait would be 1.5 hours. I said, "but there are only two people here." She told me that all the other slots were taken by appointments! What kind of urgent care is by appointment only? The next open slot wasn't until more than five hours away. Useless.
