I called about ear piercings two days prior and drove over an hour to find that at opening, the lady wasn't going to be there for an hour. My friend from out of state got a tattoo here on the fly, and her emails for a touch up six weeks later went unanswered. It's hard to brag about a place I've gotten tattoos from with this kind of unprofessionalism.

If you want a tattoo shop that is relaxed, listens to heavy metal, and solid line work, Staircase is the spot! Perrin is always quick to respond with appointment inquiries and is as laid back as it can get! It's been super rad to see all of the changes and hard work he's put into the shop since he's taken over. All of my tattoos are traditional and solid. Perrin did my first tattoo over 10 years ago, and it hasn't faded. THAT says something. He knows his shit! He's done all of my tattoos. I like his tattooing style, vibe and the shop!
