Very detailed initial visit with x-ray and follow-up on the condition of your vertebrae. This will determine your adjustments. After the initial process it is 15-minute visits with a follow-up X-ray review visit after approximately three months. By then you and the Doc will know how you’re responding to the adjustments and your own self-care.
