I haven’t taken any yoga classes here but the yoga place owner was extremely nice and helpful to me. I had a bike accident nearby in the parking lot, and the owner was about to leave. She saw me and offered to let me sit in her office and clean my wound. She also got me bandaid and gave me space. I really appreciate her help!

As a visitor to Santa Cruz, Santa Cruz Yoga was a great find. A peaceful and welcoming studio. I really enjoyed the yoga sessions I attended as well as experiencing different yogic styles. Namaste 🙏🕉

Oh where do I begin! The beginning thoughts by Jessica, and from there the pacing was on. The music, various mixed bag stretches in the beginning to warm up the bod!!!
The flow was eclectic per usual but in a way where it resonated with my soul and ♥! Crescents are challenging for me but my libra ♎ senses reach for the push and I know it will be rewarding!
