Santa Cruz Women's Health Clinic is an excellent place for health care, providing outstanding and consistent quality medical attention. The providers, including physicians and PAs, are described as kind, skilled, effective, thorough, caring, inclusive, and supportive of a holistic approach. They listen carefully to patient needs, explain sensitive procedures and care information, and work with patients as a team to make the best health decisions. The clinic offers an integrated approach, including awesome counseling services. The medical assistants, front desk staff, and all assistants are extremely sweet, friendly, helpful, and caring. While lead times for appointments can take some time, patients report being seen quickly once at the office with incredibly short wait times. The clinic works extremely well with insurance, offering very doable copays. Many patients express being thankful, fortunate, and refreshed by their experiences, highly recommending the community-oriented clinic.
This clinic has friendly and caring PA's who are willing to explain sensitive procedures beforehand which definitely settles the nerves and I sincerely appreciate. While lead times for getting an appointment can take some time, wait times in the actual office are incredibly short.
I have been very thankful for the consistent quality care I have received here. My providers are so KIND, skilled, effective, inclusive, community oriented, and supportive of a holistic approach. My friends and I love this place and speak highly of our providers! I'm surprised by the negative reviews. I often share with friends and family how fortunate I am to have access to a primary care facility that offers an integrated approach.
Now that it's run by Dignity Health (Dominican) I understand all the reviews about overworked staff etc. because it's the same as Dominican. And has anyone ever had a positive experience there???
