I moved to the area two years ago and found Lisa at Balance Massage. I have had multiple fusions and had neck and lower back pain. She has been amazing and such a critical part of my pain management. She finds the tight spots and knots and leaves me feeling amazing. Her space and energy are very soothing and comfortable. She is a great communicator and takes time to check in on my needs every time and adjusts her massage accordingly. I still see her weekly and will not be giving that up any time soon. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of working with Lisa while on vacation in the Santa Cruz area. Lisa was extremely helpful and thoughtful when I contacted her for her for some massage work ahead of an event. She did an excellent job working on my problem areas as discussed. have no hesitation in recommending her services for your massage needs. Thank you Lisa!

Lisa is one of the best massage therapists that I have ever seen. She is friendly and intuitive. I've seen her quite a few times. My body feels so much better after a massage with her.
