We had red oak hardwood floors installed by Russell Flooring and absolutely love the results. Rich was wonderful to work with and the installation was meticulous. The entire team communicated very clearly with us and answered all of our questions. Eric and Tim were especially great to work with! We are very pleased with the quality of workmanship, timeliness, courtesy and price. Over 900 square feet in three rooms refinished in oil-based polyurethane in five days (sanding, staining and three coats of polyurethane). Dust was minimal due to their efficient collection system on their sanders. Rich and his crew, especially Tim, are real craftsmen and did a fine job. Rich cut in new wooden grilles to replace old metal ones, and they created a new large step-down transition between rooms that was a little tricky since the transition height varied across the opening.This was the first time we had the floors refinished in twenty-five years so I vetted several providers....read full review
