Had a booster pump emergency, could not get a call back from original installer, called Rosenthal, they had a technician on site in less than an hour, got parts late on a Friday afternoon, came out and installed it all on Saturday, Dec 20! Saved me a bad Christmas.

The contractors renovating our house installed our new household water softener, but it wasn't working and they couldn't figure it out.
Anthony, from Rosenthal Plumbing, came and was very detailed and methodical in his diagnostic approach, which I really appreciated.
Within 15 minutes, he quickly figured out that it was a minor issue: the contractors had a lever pushed in wrong. Even better, he didn't charge me anything, given it was such a quick fix!
We will be calling on them again for sure!

Anthony was great. Worked non-stop. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Was able to catch other problems before they became a problem. In my book, there is no other plummer that I would call in again. Except Anthony Quinones
