I love this salon. Stephanie is great. I always seem to below energy by the time I get around to self-care (these days) but I don’t feel bad or pressured. The color (blond for me) wears well, even when it’s tight financially to invest. I did a Keratin treatment today and it turned out lovely. I am not as conscientious about leaving reviews as I would like but moved to share today. After living in the Bay where hair had to be calendared in advance “or else” (threat of non-service), it’s jus nice to be able to get in, have services without fuss and always a positive experience in the salon as a whole

I was in Santa Cruz for a company retreat, at which we were having updated headshots taken. I made a next-day/last-minute appointment with Whitney for a makeup application service and I had a phenomenal experience.
Whitney put together a natural but gorgeous look optimized for headshots with absolutely no reference photos or specific requests from me. I was so pleased with the final look. She even touched my hair up with some texture spray once my makeup was done, which was so thoughtful! I hate sitting for headshots, but I walked in to my appointment feeling so pretty and confident all thanks to Whitney and her team.
Had a great haircut with Whitney at Parlour at the Point and will definitely be back! She understood exactly what I was asking for, and I was impressed with her skill & in-depth hair knowledge. My hair looks and feels fabulous!
