Took way too much off the back of my head. Asked for a medium length on the back and proceeded to buzz half way up the back of my head. Never saw the back with a mirror. Would have liked to have had the amount of hair on the back that I wanted than what she wanted.

The tamales from Maria's by the sea are incredible. Maria knows how to make some authentic tamales and her personality is awesome!

Maria is AMAZING! I shopped around at a bunch of salons, checking places out and reading reviews. I haven't been to a salon in a LONG time and I had LONG hair. I was nervous. I decided on Maria because she has 25 years experience, and her salon is small and not full of fru-frus. I showed her what I wanted and as soon as she started cutting I was feeling at ease. Best decision ever. She was sweet and gentle and amazingly skilled, definitely knows her stuff. She was asking me as we went to make sure I was happy. And the end result is perfection. I am over the moon. She is a rockstar! Thank you Maria!
