I've been meaning to write a review for Kasha for quite some time...I've been a patient for approx 5years. I lost my mom who was also my very best friend, end of 2008. This was beyond devastating to me. I experienced severe depression/anxiety from that point on, for the first time in my life. I dealt with many other big changes shortly after, as well as a car accident and all of this really took a toll on me not just emotionally, but was manifesting physically as well. I'd always had pretty good health, but at that point was just not feeling well at all. I worked with Kasha from end of 2012 through end of 2013. I saw her on average twice/month. The only reason I stopped going to see her is because I moved to Colorado! I adored working with Kasha. She was knowledgeable, skillful, compassionate, and wise. I loved how a session with her was deeply relaxing, healing, and nourishing. I went to see her to get support with balancing my hormones (I had irregular periods). Over the course of our time together, my cycle balanced, and we began to do more work to help me with chronic anemia and adrenal fatigue. I kept feeling better and better under her care!
