I started MTB in 2024 and bought a used Ripmo V1. I had no idea what I was getting into I just saw this was an award winning bike. 2 years later, I now own an Oso and HD6 that I brought brand new. I know plenty of industry folks and have the blessed opportunity to purchase bikes at a heavy discount but I still chose to purchase Ibis WITHOUT a discount. Great bike manufacturer who stands by their products, are very helpful to resolves issues even when it's technically not their problem.

Awesome demo ride on a perfect day in Wilder Ranch. Arrived, got fitted and off to the park. the team at ibis was great and went of thei way to show us what wer wanted see and try. The demo ride in wilder was also fantastic. Getting to see some of the historical Mt Bikes they had there was a bonus.

Nate was extremely supportive, providing tons of model and component knowledge, understanding references to local trail section when discussing performance, and covering what to expect for potential purchases. Very accommodating of schedules for demo availability.
