Donna was so helpful with answering all my questions (I had a lot of questions..) about hot tub maintenance today. I appreciated that she also recommended certain products without being pushy at all.
We've been very pleased with service and overall responsiveness from this store . Donna has been super helpful and always responds to questions quickly. Looking forward to continuing service from Spa and Sauna.
Bought our hot tub from here in 2021, Beam II I think is the model. Works great and we love it. We use it constantly. I noticed that the Ozone module wasn't working properly, called The Spa and Sauna to setup a service call, they sent Doug out and he fixed it, no problem. Thank You Spa Sauna for such speedy and great service.
