Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They know what is required to install up to county and city code standards. They keep customers notified as to status of arrival, and they do arrive on time. We highly recommend them for residential plumbing and heating needs.
Furnace stopped working. Tried the thermostat replacement. That was not the problem.Called GHWilson on Tues,appt for Thurs, replaced defective part the following Thurs and all is well again. I tired another outfit prior that stated that they worked on mobile homes. I called them back again. They never responded and left me hanging.The next time I have a problem, I will call GHWilson ASAP. The mobile home is circa 1971 and that does not scare off GHWilson. Very professional and courteous from the telephone to the job site to job completion. XLNT
i had one of the best experience with geo wilson's professional service. we had a small old cottage in the red woods with leaking issue which hard to locate where it came from. geo sent a full experienced team from field engineer, technician and supervisor to come to identify the location. this helped us in a big savings on minimizing to break down cabinets, walls and concrete floors. also they spent time to explain to option of the services for the re-piping project.
