I love coming here. Everyone behaves professionally. They are kind, curtious and look after small details. It's extremely comfortable. I've been coming here since 2006 and have never had a negative experience or felt uncomfortable. These guys are the best.
Ive never had a good dentist visit until santa cruz family dental. Everyone was exceptionally kind, and did everything they could to help me. The dental hygienist, Linda, is amazing! The sweetest lady, and does her job very well. Dr Bob does really good work, and fast, which is always appreciated. They were all compassionate, and cared for me while in a delicate emotional state. I will be returning in the future, and I would recommend santa cruz family dental to everyone!
Santa Cruz Family Dentists has provided me with the best and most compassionate service I have ever received from a dental office. I walked in very scared and embarrassed but Dr. Bob, Nick, and their entire staff did not judge. They took the time to explain my options, answered every question I had (even after my initial consultation), and gave me several options to find financing that fit my needs and wallet. All while never being pushy or giving me a hard sell.
Throughout the four month procedure they were always available by phone to answer any questions or concerns. When something was uncomfortable or bothering me they always got me in quickly to resolve it.
