Dr. Biles is the best dentist I have ever had work on my teeth, I had two crowns replaced, procedure was actually a pleasure. The team performed without the water gagging me. Dr. Biles explained every step of the process. Every member of Dr. Biles's team is exceptional at making the procedure a pleasure and not a pain in the XXX. I enjoyed the whole process with, Dr. Biles as we conversed and I was surprised when, I was told "That I could go as the procedure was completed.
I've always been super-careful about my teeth and Dr. Biles has been my dentist for 15 years. He's meticulous but doesn't over-do. A decade ago he found a crack in a lower molar. He told me most dentists would recommend a crown, but since the crack was small and shallow a crown wasn't necessary and he would just repair it as if it were a simple cavity. I decided to get a 2nd opinion. (Told you I'm super-careful about my teeth!) Yep, the 2nd dentist recommended a crown. Only explanation he could give me was "That's what we do when there's a crack of any size." I returned to Biles who treated it like a simple cavity and it's been totally fine for a decade. I also like the fact that Dr. Biles is continually researching and learning. Recently my husband (who was NOT careful about his teeth until he met me) needed to have two 50-year-old root canals removed. Since that's a pretty invasive procedure and my husband is 85-years old, I worried he might not heal well. Dr. Biles reassured us by telling us about the PRF bone graft procedure (which aids in healing) he's recently learned and started using. I could hardly believe how fast and how well my husband healed!!! Bravo, Dr. Biles.
