Friendly and helpful employees at Rayne! Ismael came out for an estimate and again for installation for a portable exchange tank service for water softening at my home. So pleased with their thoroughness and professionalism. Previously had Culligan and had nothing but problems and headaches with them. So pleased with my service with Rayne. Have been with Conner Water Systems/Rayne Water since 1996 and they have always provided great service! We are on well water and we have used their softener and reverse osmosis (under-the-sink) system for over 20 years. Our latest service call was handled by Ismael Romero - he's handled many of our annual maintenance calls over these many years and he's always prompt, efficient and very professional in servicing our system.
