Eric came out to our home this week and repaired our radiant system, which quite honestly was Frankenstein’d together by the previous home owner, so it’s not an easy system to repair/service. I was impressed by his knowledge, troubleshooting, service, and speed! And a plus he was incredibly friendly to my curious toddler. Thanks so much Eric for the great service!

My wife and I have struggled with understanding our Radiant Heating since we first purchased our home. It seemed to work fine, but we wanted to be certain and wanted to know if it could be improved.Upon a friend's recommendation, we called Duncan/California Radiant. We had great service from a competent and friendly receptionist. She also put Scott on the phone so he could understand what we needed. Eric arrived on-time for our scheduled appointment. Our system is a complex 9-zone in-floor radiant and hot water design. Eric inspected the entire system, including all of the sub-manifolds and thermostats. Eric and his helper suggested a boiler cleaning, which immediately resulted in a cleaner and more efficient function. He also assisted in explaining and demonstrating the installation of a third "C" wire to each of the (Nest) thermostats. We collaboratively set-up one, and I was able to handle all of the remaining units.
