THE BEST! Brown's Underground is unmatched for know-how, professionalism, quality of work, customer service, problem solving and integrity in their septic construction work in Santa Cruz County. Darren Brown and Ken Stevison did an amazing job with a complex septic tank project; hey kept me completely looped in, were responsive to me and all the nuances of the project and they left the entire street a better place than how they found it. I cannot say enough about these guys.

We worked with browns for our sewer install for our new home in Santa Cruz County unincorporated area. It was a complicated project throughout (long distance, elevation challenge, tough terrain to dig). Browns delivered perfectly on time. Overall impeccable communication, great scheduling, good with the neighbors. Finally, Browns provided photos and documentation of their work. In other words, you end up knowing exactly where all the pipes and lines are because it's all documented, photographed, etc. They're the only contracted I worked with that did this. I would recommend them any day of the week, they did a great job for us.
