David was very helpful from the beginning to the end. He accomodated my requests and fully supported us from the viewing up to the cremation day of my husband. They also sent me resources that was helpful to the grieving family. They were closed on Saturdays except for appointments, but you can reach him by his phone number and he would text or call you back.
Their Chapel was clean and big. They also have a clean reception area next door where our family and friends gathered together after the service. Benito & Azzaro handled the final arrangements for both of my parents. When we sat with the funeral director 7 years ago to make arrangement and pre-pay for everything I was told that when the time came, all I would have to do was call them and they would handle everything. This was pretty much how it played out and it was a huge relief to me during some very difficult times.
I have used the services of Benito and Azzaro for five parents. I have had top tier service in each circumstance. When Gary retired, David stepped up and provides the same high level of service. I have been treated professionally, with a high regard and sympathy for my losses each time. They wanted to know more about my parents which I appreciated. They were handling a family member, not just a body. My parents all requested that we used this mortuary. As well, I've attended services there for parents of my high school friends.
