April is very kind, but the outcome of the Brazilian waxing was disappointing, as a significant amount of hair was left behind. Pricing is typical for Santa Cruz, though on the higher end.
Might come back to try other services.

This was my first facial at this location. Due to covid I had not had a facial in 13 months and my skin showed it. Kathleen gave me an outstanding facial. She was thorough and I was impressed with the product line she uses. What was a wonderful plus was the massage to my feet and the having my hands treated with a rich cream and put into heated gloves. Kathleen was so professional and pleasant. She knows skin care well and answered any questions I had regarding products. The ambience here was lovely and very relaxing. My skin glowed after my facial! I will be a regular customer.

I saw Kathleen birch for a European facial. My skin is GLOWING. She massages your hands and feet while you have specific products on your face. It's such a treat! Also your shoulders and neck area. Kat's energy is perfect for this business, She is calm soothing gentle and kind. She is an expert at her craft. I want to treat all my loved ones to a facial from her. You all deserve it! The space is small and really sophisticated and chic and has a healing vibe to it. Her room is dimly lit with draping fabric and nice art and crystals. It's very clean. The only downfall is that the bathroom is down the hall. So be sure to go before your 90 minutes of bliss and relaxation.
