Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. He was condescending and arrogant, I would happily recommend him to anyone I don’t like. Recently looked for him on Yelp for the top ten list in Santa Cruz, and oddly enough, he doesn’t show up, I wish I had done the research first. So if you're looking for a horrible dentist experience, this is the place.

I had a dental hygiene appointment a few days ago at advanced dentistry and it went very well. Covid19 safety measures are in place so I felt very safe. My temp was taken at the door upon arrival, limited occupancy, masks worn by patients and staff all combined together make for a very safe environment. The office was very clean and organized (as always!). The office staff talked with my insurance to verify coverage so that there would not be any surprise costs. How is introduced to the Advanced Dentistry Team - Dr. Ippisch several years back. The staff is friendly and cheerful. Not only have they done my teeth cleaning, but they have also shown me products that will help me keep my teeth healthy. I have recommended them to my friends and colleagues.
