“I am very proud to share our experience with Collin Davis of Santa Clarita Real Estate. My husband and I were hoping to buy a home in the 55+ gated community of Belcaro in Valencia. It is a beautifully manicured, active, safe and friendly community. So we went to an open house there and met Collin. From the moment we met him, we knew it was going to be a wonderful experience. He was available to answer phone or text messages whenever we had questions about something. He even arranged for us to meet with the owners, and that was a very heartwarming meeting. We are still in contact with them and are certainly grateful that Collin helped us to be the new caretakers of their home. And to add: Now that we are in the home, that didn’t end our relationship with Colin. He even offered to help us carry some furniture up the stairs, which I thought was definitely above and beyond his job description. But that’s how Colin is, ready to help at any moment and always friendly and happy to do it. He even brought us a very cute housewarming gift. Recently, he helped us view another property in Belcaro that my friend may want to buy.
