Oh wow the professionalism has not changed a bit . I bought my Air conditioner about 4 years ago I thought I was just having routine maintenance today on my Air conditioner but my downstairs air wasn’t working . So when Jacob the technician came he found the problem got the parts and fixed it . He did not play any games on what it was or charge any more money . He explained what was wrong and took care of it . I would highly recommend the company and Jacob is awesome !
My air conditioning stopped working in the middle of this heat wave where it's been over 100 degrees. My house went up to 85 degrees. I called Racco and they came next day and fixed it. Jacob was so kind, professional and experienced. I've used them before and already knew I'd get great service. In fact, I'm now paying for maintenance where they come twice a year to take care of issues and change my filters. Prices are competitive and well worth the exceptional service from Vanessa who answers the phone and does the schedule, to Jacob who is the kindest and most knowledgeable technician I've ever dealt with.
