I recently had an issue with rodents in my attic that destroyed my heating and air condition ducts. I called Ricardo at RACCO (who had installed the original unit 8 years ago) and asked for his assistance. Not only did he give me an appointment for the next day, but his team showed up on time, they were very clean, informative and smelled great.
They assessed the problem and took pictures to show me what was going on. His team also noticed that the duct going to my daughters room was detached and they fixed that as well. Very detailed.

I signed up for a maintenance plan for $17 per month, so when the twice per year visit comes I don’t have to stress out paying hundreds of dollars. I love that RACCO provides this service! One of their technicians, Jacob came to service the AC and he checked all the parts that could be expensive to repair if it breaks down. Thanks to him, our system is in great condition!
